Brought my Ridgeline in for a recall. Mike said there were 2 outstanding that they would take care of. Mike called me within a few hours and both were done. This is a disaster. Took the car in for recall work. Car in at 8 am, not finished at 6:30. Said they did 2 air bags, only did one. Tire pressure monitor was messed u Took the car in for recall work. Car in at 8 am, not finished at 6:30. Said they did 2 air bags, only did one. Tire pressure monitor was messed up, was on the list of the work they did and when I got the car back it was still messed up. Nobody has any idea what is going on, and you stay on hold for hours. Have to take the car back a second time (2 lost days of work, 100 extra dollars in Ubers). Say the car needs other work, estimate $650 and my mechanic will do it for $200 This is the last time I buy a honda. The cars are great but the dealerships are the worst More
