I have been leasing for about 20 years so this is not my first time. I felt like the salesman was not upfront with what incentives I was entitled to and they were trying to get over on me. It's a great place yo buy or lease cars. They are very professional- especially, their finance department (director) is helpful to get finance quickly. Interesting many of the current reviews for Hillside Honda claiming short wait times for repair, in and out service within 2 hours etc...
