Hillside Honda is the absolute best when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. They were able to assist me in purchasing the perfect car to fit my needs. I recent went to Honda service dept with an appt to have my Honda Pilot serviced for oil change and have the truck out why check engine light was on. Also to change a light bulb. They informed me that my my Honda Pilot serviced for oil change and have the truck out why check engine light was on. Also to change a light bulb. They informed me that my car had many issues and it would cost me 13,000 to repair. I told mike the person who was helping that I just wanted an oil change and the light bulb. I paid $402 for those 2 things. Then I find out later that the oil change was never done only light bulb. If my husband would of taking to his mechanic I would had pai $402 for a light. Honda service dept are thieves. Then mike offered me 300 for my pilot cause of all the repairs that had to be done. My mechanic said there’s nothing wrong with the car just needed the oil change and a liquid to clean gas container. After I did that engine light went off. I’m headed their now to see if they will refund the money for all the things that they said was done. Also they kept my car for 2 whole days before I was called to have it picked up. Honda and their workers are a bunch of thieves. I will continue this review after I come back from Honda with my refund. People go to your mechanic that you trust. More
