Safety Recall to Replace Shift Interlock Stopper Overall experience was excellent. Joseph was friendly, thorough, professional, and patient. My low-tire-pressure indictor had activated that morning Overall experience was excellent. Joseph was friendly, thorough, professional, and patient. My low-tire-pressure indictor had activated that morning; there is a chronic slow leak with one tire. Joseph told me the guys would check it out. I was also concerned about how long the job would take, as I preferred to wait. Joseph assured me it would be about an hour or so, which was fine considering how many people were in the waiting room. When the job was completed in less time than expected, I was given a Vehicle Inspection Checklist, Joseph reviewed it with me, and all looked very good. Joseph told me that the one tire valve was loose, which may explain why the air was always leaking. I put air in the tires later that day and will wait a few weeks to find out if the tire still leaks. I'm almost sure that tightening the valve cured the problem. And driving with the Replaced Shift Interlock Stopper is good as new, as far as I can tell! Thank you, again, Joseph, as in the past, it's a pleasure doing business with you. More
