Much longer than promissed I made an appointment for an air bag recall. I was told that it would not take more than an hour and that a lunch break would be enough. I went several times to ask if the car was ready and was told by the representative that it was, he just needed to input the information in the system. 20 minutes later he was busy chatting with his coworkers, so I went to ask again if the car was ready and he picked up my paperwork from the stack of papers and said that he forgot about it. No apology at all, bad attitude. Not going back ever again. More

Carlos was awesome, but disappointed by overall service My mother was helping me throughout the process of starting a new lease, since I live out of town in upstate New York. Everything seemed to be going s My mother was helping me throughout the process of starting a new lease, since I live out of town in upstate New York. Everything seemed to be going smoothly at first and the car salesman offered us a competitive deal for a new HRV lease. Since I was coming from out of town, we told the salesman I would be in Sunday, but had to get the car by a certain time. He happily obliged and said everything would be ready in time for pick up. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle that salesman was “no longer with them”. My mom and I were in touch with that salesman over text message up until a week before the pickup and he never made any mention of his departure. It was obvious when I arrived to Honda that none of the information discussed with that salesman was passed to the rest of the team. The color of the car wasn’t even documented on any paperwork. Carlos was nice enough to clean up that salesman mess. He was very patient and informative throughout the process. However, since there was NO handoff of information, I spent 5 hours at the dealership, before I was told that it would take another 2 hours and the car would not be available until the evening. Since the initial salesman never set anything up for pickup, my car had to be retrieved from a different dealership. The worst part of this whole saga is that the first salesman is getting total credit for this lease even though Carlos had to basically clean up his mess, I really hope some of the commission can somehow go to him. From finance Blake was great!! Super helpful. More
