Worst experience ever Got my car back after 5 days, no real explanation was given. Found my hubcap in the backseat. Mike in service dept sucks. This is my 7th lease & will be my last. Getting a Ford next time. Oh, my car came out with tires that I did not go in with. It was a computer problem so why are they taking my tires off? Also charged me, I have a warranty, called Corporate on that one, I have an open complaint case. Great job guys, you suck. More

Disappointed I was disappointed with my experience at the service center on Wednesday 10-24-18. I will say that normally I am very happy with the entire service e I was disappointed with my experience at the service center on Wednesday 10-24-18. I will say that normally I am very happy with the entire service experience when I bring my 2010 Civic to Hillside Honda, which I have been doing since I bought the car. It started when I dropped my car off, The service advisor had a very difficult time determining what services had already been done and what service I was due for. Getting checked in took about twice as look as usual. After I received a call later in the morning that additional service was recommended, I authorized the recommended service and asked if it would be finished when I planned to pick up the car at around 5:15. I was assured it would be. In fact I received a call at 4:10 saying everything was finished and the car was ready. I arrived at approximately 5:10 and the service advisor asked me to wait a couple of minute. This turned into about 25 minutes, while he seemed to putter around with his computer. Finally after he dealt with some other people who had been waiting for a while, he got to me and said the reason it took him so long was because one of the parts used could only be entered onto the bill by the Parts department. Too me this seems a little silly. All the parts and all of the different services have computer codes and if you need to allocate the cost and the revenue to different cost centers, it seems that should be done by the computerized system and should not cause delays in getting vehicles back to the customers. Then it seems there was some confusion about who was going to call to bring my car around. When I paid, the cashier told me to wait by the driveway for the car. I asked if they knew to bring it to me and she said yes. After waiting 12 minutes, one of the drivers who brought around a car for a different customer, asked to see my paperwork and it was only then that someone went to retrieve my car. Finally, when I drove away, I went to turn on my radio and discovered that after replacing my battery, no one entered the code so I had to drive without my radio until I had a chance to go through my papers to find and enter my code. All in all a very frustrating and disappointing service visit More
Bought new car I came in for service my car. I wanted a new car but I wasn’t sure if I wanted a Honda. After speaking to sales rep Ronald, I was persuade to purchas I came in for service my car. I wanted a new car but I wasn’t sure if I wanted a Honda. After speaking to sales rep Ronald, I was persuade to purchase a Honda Accord. I really like my new accord. The entire management team was great. They understood my budget. I went to other dealership and their customers is below zero , but I have to say Ronald displayed professionalism, integrity, exceptional customer service, and great knowledge about the car features. This dealership should be honored to have him on their team. I would highly recommend my friends and family to visit this dealership for service or to get a car. Thank you Ronald!!!!!!! More
