reception is a mess every time i called, i was put on hold immediately once the line was connected, even early in the morning when i assume it was not that busy. i have every time i called, i was put on hold immediately once the line was connected, even early in the morning when i assume it was not that busy. i have been there a couple of times. when i went to pick up my car, it seemed nobody cared why i was standing there for over 30 minutes. it happened almost every time. however, the technicians are always very friendly and patient. that's a big plus. Total waste of the day I asked them to check my car they ran over 100 miles my cars and informed everything was fine but I still get vibration from engine mount while brakin I asked them to check my car they ran over 100 miles my cars and informed everything was fine but I still get vibration from engine mount while braking and when I put accelerator again 2017 CRV less than 15000 miles in this stage I am facing this problem god what else is waiting for me this is the last Honda I will get back to Toyota at least they have build quality and reputation for service More

Fast Service i went for airbag recall of my 2010 honda crv. advisor took our car for service with multipoint check at no charge. not even an hour, the car is finis i went for airbag recall of my 2010 honda crv. advisor took our car for service with multipoint check at no charge. not even an hour, the car is finish. awesome. great waiting area, airconditioned, clean, nice seats, comfortable. newspapers to read, watch tv, free coffee. not like the paragon honda where i called, i was told to wait for advisor to call me back, but after an hour of waiting no call from the advisor. hillside answered right away and was given appointment right away in 2 days.
