Best buying experience ever I am a big time Honda Fan. I just purchased a new 2017 CRV from Hillside Honda. Being this is my 5th times buying a new Honda, this is the absolutely I am a big time Honda Fan. I just purchased a new 2017 CRV from Hillside Honda. Being this is my 5th times buying a new Honda, this is the absolutely the best buying experience of all. The sale person Brian Zhang has treated my family like VIP throughout the whole sale process and constant in contact with us after the sale for the accessories options we ordered for installation. Bad Employee After doing some research on Honda/Acura SUV, I decided to trade in my Acura TSX for a Certified Honda CR-V. I went all the way from LIC to Jamaica to After doing some research on Honda/Acura SUV, I decided to trade in my Acura TSX for a Certified Honda CR-V. I went all the way from LIC to Jamaica to take a look at few Honda CR-V I have seen at Hillside Honda web - which was a very BAD idea. After walking around in their parking lot for over 10 mins when I saw no sales person bother to come out to help, I walked into their store and asked a sales person if he can help me find a CR-V. The sales person is so rude that he laughed at me when I said the price is too high for a 2014 CRV LX. Maybe he thought why am I asking for 2015/2016 CR-V if I think the price for 2014 is too high. The moron did not realize that I have done my research and based on KKB and other Honda's sites the price he gave me for 2014 is too high - it shouldn't have been much after I trade in my TSX. Plus Paragon Honda has much more CR-V for a better price ...NEVER GOING BACK AT THIS PLACE! More
