He asked what I was looking for and as I mentioned what I wanted , he showed me a couple of options that would meet my likes. Being that he knows about cars, I asked for his opinion on which car would be better between the two I had chosen. He gave the pros and cons of each based on the ammenities and price. After I made my decision, the paperwork process was simple and fast. He took care of most of it being that it was my first time. He also made sure to give me all possible discounts for military service members which was great. After all was done, he did everything that needed to be done to the car and I was able to drive off the lot that very same day with my new purchase. More

Financing Scam Forces Warranty Sale This place needs to be investigated by the NYS Attorney Generals Office. Bought a Honda Accord. Negotiated a good $. Went into the finance room, the B This place needs to be investigated by the NYS Attorney Generals Office. Bought a Honda Accord. Negotiated a good $. Went into the finance room, the Business Manager Nur thinks he is the smartest guy around. This guy was probably selling life insurance before he went to Hillside Honda. Makes conversation with me as we doing the docs, tells me about warranty and just puts it in the docs WITHOUT even asking if i want it. That was an extra $2000. Then tells me about lo-jack and puts it in. Some other GPS and puts it in. Then he tells me ...he can get me the same payments with all this given to me. What he didn't tell me is that he was extending the term from 60 months to 72 months. When he gave me the docs...before signing I picked it up to read and asked his what all this was? He was telling me the payments are the same. I said, no xxxx because you extended the term. He got mad saying he explained all this to me and that the car was getting the Lojack installed as we were speaking. I informed him it is ILLEGAL for him to force me to take insurance with this sale. He got mad and left. The next Business Manager Ryhan came and was explaining the benefits...I told him the same thing, that it is ILLEGAL for the dealer to force insurance products with the sale and he should take it off before I contact some News channel to do a story on deceptive practices. Oh ...btw....i don't have the best credit...a 690. The original business manager told me that with insurance my rate would be 4.9, without the insurance 8.9%. I told him Insurance has nothing to do with rate. But i thought 4.9 was a decent rate to take since my credit was new. Ryhan later ASKED that i take the Lojack and he will make the rate 1.9%. I did the math and since i was ready to pay 4.9%, i took the 1.9% offer with the Lojack (which mathematically is the same). But again don't let these clowns force you to take additional products if you don't want it. Know your rights. You CANNOT be forced to take additional products to lower your rate THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW! If this happened to you FILE a complaint with the NYS DMV, let NYS Consumer Affairs know and Call News Channel 4 to investigate. The owner should really pay attention to their sales tactics...cause one day a guy like me is gonna come along get pissed and cause serious legal turmoil. A hefty legal fine will take a LOT of Honda sales to pay. PS...you live in NYC not every minority is a dummy. Learn your lesson before it gets too late! P More
