Moe delivered great service and a car! Went to the pre-owned lot after looking at the new models at Honda + Toyota down the block. He was very attentive to my mom's (the ultimate buyer) needs and happily let both her and my dad (secondary user) test drive the car. They were originally looking for a small Honda Accord sedan but ended up with an Acura ILX. He was patient and thorough in his explanations and we always felt like we were in good hands. thanks moe! Brian's approach was quite relax, so genuine, cheerful, polite, no pressure from him at all and very professional. He took time to explain and to go over all the features of the vehicle that we were purchasing. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Ken for helping us and finding a way to make our budget work in our favor and ending up buying the Honda Accord 2017 that we were interested in for a price that we were also comfortable with.
