I spoke to the service department at 3:30 and told the nice young lady who answered that I would be there by On the service website, they close at 6. I spoke to the service department at 3:30 and told the nice young lady who answered that I would be there by 4:30. She asked what I needed. I told her express service oil change. She said they close at 5, and that would be fine. "See you then". I arrived at 4:25 and was told they were closed. The mechanic chilling out, outside the service entrance smoking a cigarette told me they stop taking customers at 3. The manager laughed at me and told me there were "cars in front of you, bro" and I couldn't come in. As a regular Honda customer, buying 5 cars in a row from Bay Ridge Honda, and always using their service, with no complaints, I'm not sure why I even tried to come to Hillside. This Dealership/Service department is a joke. I will never come back, will never allow anyone I know to go there, and will return to Bay Ridge ASAP! More
