Answerved all my questions.Explained everything I wanted to know.He also took me out on "trial runs "to help me make a decision. At no time did he "push"me to make a decision one way or another.When I finally made the purchase,he sat with me in the car explaing (again)the warranty and features of my new CRV.Couldn't expect better.
