Excellent customer service Recently had to have service on our CRV which wound up to be covered under warranty. When we purchased this vehicle from Hillside Honda, we signed up for Honda Care. This made us eligible to have a car rental (right across the street from the dealership) while repairs were completed. Very professional (explained what the fix was) and the prblem was fixed. Great Sales and Service departments. More

Fish Markeet I was a dedicated client of Hillside Honda & I wished to introduce a friend of mine and his family to this dealership to help My friend with the p I was a dedicated client of Hillside Honda & I wished to introduce a friend of mine and his family to this dealership to help My friend with the purchasing of a Brand New Accord 2016 , When we were negotiating the price of the car with a sales agent, there was constant back and forth communication between him and his Manager named Mohammad Choudary. All of sudden M.Choudry walked towards us and proceeded to insult me, my friend & his family by rudely saying , “This is not a fish Market”. I guess he has previous experience in fish sales. I was highly disappointed & embarrassed by this demeaning incident. Hillside Honda has lost a committed client and I will never recommend Hillside Honda, “FISH MARKEET” ever again . More

Quality service Normally when you go to a dealership, you feel cheated after you walk out with your car. You feel like you could've gotten a better deal elsewhere but Normally when you go to a dealership, you feel cheated after you walk out with your car. He went out of his ways to get me the best deal and even came in on his day off to make sure everything was finalized smoothly.
