beware of rip off tactic practiced by certain employees The salesman will negotiate with the buyer hidding the actual MSRP price of the vehicle you are interested in, by not showing you the actual vehicle y The salesman will negotiate with the buyer hidding the actual MSRP price of the vehicle you are interested in, by not showing you the actual vehicle you will be purchasing. He will use the most expensive model of the car your interested in and lower it just a little to get you to overpay, yielding him the highest commission from your purchase. Then he will have the nerve to request you give him all fives on the review you receive from Honda. Then the finance manager will sell you overpriced warranties you will never need, such as roadside assistance (included in your full coverage insurance) or tire protection (in case you get a flat) and polyvinyl protection (if the sun lightens your leather) and charge you 200 dollars for alarm controllers, that you have not lost yet. These warranties add to thousands of dollars, which you can save. If you are cognizant enough to catch them in their scam, they will try to offer you something like an accessory to shut you up. NYC agencies are aware of the tactics this dealership uses an will like to hear from you if you have been the victim of such scams. I will never do business with this dealership again. By the way if you think the corporate offices will help you, you are dead wrong. They will take your complain and tell you they can only mediate communication between you and the dealership. That's how the dealership gets away with this scam. It would not be fair to label all the other salesmen and financial managers as rip off artists, but the pair I dealt with surely practice for their own financial gain, not caring for the company's future. Honda makes good reliable car, but no one should exploit their success. More

Worst experiance ever , they are money hungry scam artist , the finance guy is such a xxxxxxx he stuck me with a $595.00 a month payment on a Honda CR Worst experiance ever , they are money hungry scam artist , the finance guy is such a xxxxxxx he stuck me with a $595.00 a month payment on a Honda CR-V after I put down a huge down payment and then lied to me and said that the payments would decrease after 6 months yeah that never happen .I could have leased a Mercedes with that amont I can't wait for my lease to be up so I don't have to deal with hillside Honda ever again! One star is way too much for them , go to another dealership don't waste your time ! Even one of their employee said horrible things about them and she No longer works at hillside Honda More

Bought a brand new car less than six months ago. Called three days ahead to make an appt. to meet with the finance department to cancel my honda care. They said I didn't need an appt. to just come in. When I came in and said I wanted to cancel my honda care. They completely gave me the run around! All of sudden everyone was so busy that they could not help me, they didn't even give me a receipt. Completely unacceptable! Not one manager came up to me trying to help a valuable customer. Never buying a car from there again nor giving any referrals. More
