Do not buy your car at Hillside Honda I would never recommend buying a car from Hillside Honda and I will not buy another car from them either. The sales people are not honest and will bai I would never recommend buying a car from Hillside Honda and I will not buy another car from them either. The sales people are not honest and will bait and then switch a price on you. This is what happened to me. I went to Hillside Honda on July 25 to buy a car. My salesperson, Kerrick gave us our first offer for leasing the car, it was $2500 down. That is an offer, he went to a manager and was told to offer us that amount. Not a negotiation but an offer. We also wanted to know how much the monthly payment would be if we financed the car. At this point it was 9:00-9:30pm. We were brought into the finance manager's office. The amount we were given was more than we wanted to be spending monthly. My husband and I decided at that point we would lease. At this late hour and after my husband and I had both been at work all day, we signed a deal for $3000 thinking this was based on our original offer. This is a classic example of a bait and switch. Who ever heard of negotiating for a higher price? As we were driving away, I said to my husband why did we just pay $500 more than we were originally offered? I spoke with Kerrick the next day, Saturday July 26, and told him about this, and he said he would look into it. Tomorrow is 2 weeks that we have the car, and Hillside Honda is not playing fairly. They do not stand by their word and will screw their customer out of as much money as they can. Hillside Honda are sneaky extortionists. I am disgusted with them and want everyone I can tell to know this! More
