This was my first experience in attempting to buy a car and it has been a nightmare. I truly would like to contact the owners of Hillside Honda to let them know how three of their employees, Patrick, Moham and it has been a nightmare. I truly would like to contact the owners of Hillside Honda to let them know how three of their employees, Patrick, Mohammed Chowdhury, and Abnan engage in unfair and deceptive practices, misrepresentation, and fraud. I work in the area and have spoken with three other people who have been cheated by at least one of these employees. I have been trying to straighten this affair out but I am only allowed to speak with Mohammed who claims to only want to “make me happy” but refuses to discuss how I was defrauded out of more than $5000.00 and is offering me a refund of $322.00. Because of the considerable angst these three have caused me, I am sending a complaint to the BBB, Consumer Affairs, the state Attorney General's Office and to the local newspaper. I am also encouraging the other three who were taken advantage of to do the same. More

I was looking for a used SUV for my wife to learn to drive. We are from upstate and had visited a couple dealers in our area who kept pushing higher prices and or other styles. I was determined to fin drive. We are from upstate and had visited a couple dealers in our area who kept pushing higher prices and or other styles. I was determined to find the style I wanted in my price range and began to look online. I found a couple in the city and one at Hillside. The one at Hillside was the better deal but somewhat out of the way for me. On a trip into Manhattan to view the other dealers I decided to swing by Hillside. I met with Joel who searched for the vehicle and we went for a test drive. The vehicle was in good shape and handled well. I was very pleased that Joel stayed with us on the vehicle and did not try to bump us up into another category/price range of vehicle like the other deals did. After all the prior research and checks we decided to roll on this one. One of my worries of purchasing this vehicle was the logistics of getting it home being my wife only has a permit. Joel was knowledgeable and provided us a very simple, fast and economical route via Bus and Subway to get us from Westchester to Hillside for the pick up. Unfortunately he was not able to meet us for the pick up but he did coordinate with a peer to provide all the information and details to close out the sale smoothly. Even after the sale we received follow ups from Joel and the sales department to ensure everything was satisfactory. Thank you Hillside! More
