Ali and Masud were very rude when picking up the car. They acted very unprofessional. They were acting like street hustlers instead of professional business personnels. When I called to speak to someone else, the secretary had me speak to someone else who was as well rude when I was inquiring about prices and hung up the phone before I can finish my sentence. greetings to all, i just wanted to say that i was in the market for a new car, and was looking all over for the best possible price i can get, hey its a tough economy ok, so anyways after reading the local market for a new car, and was looking all over for the best possible price i can get, hey its a tough economy ok, so anyways after reading the local newspapers on sunday and seeing a lot of ads that are of course to good to be true i decided why not its worth a try, so i began my journey from one dealership to another but within that one day i only managed to see only 2 dealerships, Atlantic Honda and North Shore Honda. After getting there and wasting my time between all the staff I had enough and left, as frustrating as it was i called it quits and almost gave up, until a co-worker of mine told me about Jacob, because that's whom she got the car from. At first i was hesitant but she told me that hes a Fleet manager and gves the best prices and gets you in and out in a jiffy, yeah right i thought a jiffy after those two dealerships its a bad taste in my mouth with these dealerships. But no it was true, I called him and we spoke he told me the price on the phone i was hesitant to believe him at first i was like is there any other fees and his answer was No, long tory short in the end I did get my 2012 HOnda Accord SE at a bargain thanks to Jacob Bab... lol sorry too long to spell, but thank you Hillside Honda for having knowledgeable staff like Jacob who knows his stuff, keep up the good work More

I had terrible experience. I manger was rude. I wasted so much time . They don't honor their words. The price was too high. People don't come this dealership thinking you will get good deal. And then perhaps lease or finance a new Accord if the price is good. First person is Samira Khatun, a wonderful internet sales lady, who gave few wonderful e-prices of different Accords (LX,SE. EX.). Second person is Shareef Hart, a wonderful sales man, who helped us all the way when we visited the showroom. He explained to us about various options of different models of Accords and their prices. Then Shareef's finance manager 'Eric' helped us to choose the right leasing options to close the deal. We leased our new Accord on 4/21/12 from Hillside Honda's Shareef Khan. This Service/Dealership was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. My engine oil light came on and I wanted to come in before I went to work in the morning and these guys took me right away. I pulled right i helpful. My engine oil light came on and I wanted to come in before I went to work in the morning and these guys took me right away. I pulled right into Service and Parts and a gentleman named Alex asked if I had an appointment, but after I told him no, he went inside and set everything up for me and I was warmly greeted by Joseph. After about 30 minutes I was done and went on with my day with one thing less to worry about. My only problem with them was the customer service. I looked up their number on their dealer website and called the service number prior to coming in to make sure they are open and are willing to take me in, but to no luck, no one answered. The schedule says they are open 7am to 7pm on the day I came in but I only got an answering machine spoken by a young lady. I asked Alex but he told me maybe because the lines were busy or the advisors were busy with customers. I didn't think that was the case because I did not see any young lady that morning working at the counters where I was sitting. Whatever the case was, I find this a bit unprofessional because I called after 7:20am which should have been ample amount of time for the secratary to pick up after they opened. Maybe they should hire another extra person or they may lose customers in the morning like this. To be fair, service department was beyond great and I will love to return when needed again. More
