I CAME TO HILLSIDE HONDA TO BUY A CAR FOR MY WIFE, THE SERVICE WAS VERY NICE, BUT WHEN IT WAS TIME TO HAVE SERVICED THAT WAS EVEN BETTER. I WAS NOT AWARE THAT I NEEDED AN APPOINTMENT AND I JUST SHOWED UP, SERVICE WAS VERY NICE, BUT WHEN IT WAS TIME TO HAVE SERVICED THAT WAS EVEN BETTER. I was greeted by a courteous service employee during the intake process for my vehicle and then escorted to customer service area for consultation. I have met Henry in the past at this dealership and must admit that his professional demeanor helps lessen the financial pain of replacing 2 PAX tires and other maintenance costs. I have found Henry, like his co-workers, very responsible, professional, and always courteous. Although I didn't purchase my vehicle at Hillside Honda I fully expect to do so on my next purchase. great service...I went there because my veh was making a noise I was concern about. Called the day before and set up an appt they asked me to coming the next day. 1 hour later the service advisor joel calle noise I was concern about.
