Joseph was terrible. I will not be returning to this location. He did not fully advise me as to what my options were. I would have been better off talking to the Honda me I will not be returning to this location. He did not fully advise me as to what my options were. I would have been better off talking to the Honda mechanic myself. I had requested that the work be done. Instead, the work was held up for four weeks while waiting for two parts. Just lousy advice. I had heard bad things about this service center from other Honda service centers. I will be sure to advise any of my other friends what had happened to me here. More
