Service department is a joke. . lazy and not willing to do a head gasket on my jeep because they are afraid to?… afraid it’s more than a head gasket… instead they want me to pay 15 . lazy and not willing to do a head gasket on my jeep because they are afraid to?… afraid it’s more than a head gasket… instead they want me to pay 15k dollars for a new motor. Or 7k for used. Instead of just fixing the issue… I wouldn’t call that a mechanic!!! So now I had to tow it back to a private garage that has no issues fixing this!! Will never be coming back to this place! All the money my family has spent buying vehicles here to get treated like xxxx!! Ohhh I forgot the service manager hung up on my wife because he figured she didn’t know anything so they call me instead. More
