The BMW dealership in West Virginia, where I live, leaves a lot to be desired from a customer treatment standpoint. Hilton Head BMW is just the opposite. Professional, courteous and informative. My problem is not with the dealer, but with the car. With only 53,000 miles, I was just charged $3,000 for a repair on a four year old car worth barely 30k. BMWs lose value too quickly and repairs out of warranty for things that shouldn’t go wrong at only 50k miles is ridiculous. I’ve been thinking about a new BMW, but this experience leaves me moving on from BMW. More
