My wife and I made a trip to the Hilton Head BMW dealership this past weekend to view a CPO, 2022 X5 that we saw on the website. Upon our arrival on Friday evening, after a lengthy search on the lot, we were unable to locate the vehicle. We stepped inside the showroom for assistance and to our excitement discovered that Stephanie Sullivan’s desk was the first one we saw when entering the building. This is important because Stephanie was the reason we chose to look at Hilton Head BMW for Certified Pre-Owned Inventory and give the dealership the chance to earn our business as repeat customers. Stephanie sold us our current 2015 X5 seven years ago in 2018… I must say ,that was the best car buying experience we had ever been a part of. We had no idea if she was still employed at the dealership but were ecstatic upon this discovery! I asked the gentlemen that was pairing us up with a client advisor if we could deal with Stephanie, I even mentioned we would wait on her if she was with another client. She happened to be free at the time and the same exceptional customer service and hassle-free car buying experience we were a part of in 2018 began to repeat itself. After a bit of research Stephanie advised that the reason we couldn’t find the 2022 X5 on the lot is because it was in the shop getting new tires installed and finishing the process of being “certified”. Stephanie allowed us to physically see the vehicle, she promised to be in touch with us later that evening and advise when it would be ready to view and test drive. Honoring her word, she contacted my wife Friday evening, and we set up an appointment to come back in Saturday morning. When we arrived, Stephanie greeted us with her infectious smile, she was prepared with all documents related to the vehicle, after a brief review of the paperwork we were able to complete a detailed inspection of the X5 and subsequently a test drive. Stephanie was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, there was not a question we asked that Stephanie couldn’t answer, (and my wife asks a LOT of questions!), there is not an option on the build sheet my wife didn’t inquire about or a button she didn’t touch! Stephanie assisted us with the trade of our 2015 X5 and purchase of the CPO 2022 X5. Stephanie made sure we got a fair deal on the trade and a great price on the purchase. Stephanie is patient, very personable, and customer focused. We will continue to be repeat customers at Hilton Head BMW so we can interact and complete our car buying experiences with Stephanie. More
