Kristen worked through the filing process with my insurance company by sending work orders and costs directly to their dedicated email to file a claim. It was a long process, which I was not prepare insurance company by sending work orders and costs directly to their dedicated email to file a claim. It was a long process, which I was not prepared for, since I have never filed a claim with the insurance company. Kristen made it easy for me and copied me on all emails and receipts on the day that I dropped my car off. Additionally she arranged for a loaner car and today when my repair was complete Kristen emailed the insurance company the final bill and copied me on that email. The dealership returned a spotless car to me. Finally, she helped me disconnect and erase my personal information from the loaner car. Can't say enough on how helpful everyone was. More

I got my oil changed here a few days ago, it took kind of long, but they all were very helpful! They showed me everything I needed to get done soon & what they would recommend, & they even told me about the long, but they all were very helpful! The waiting area is very comfy & they have food, coffee, tea & water for waiting guests.
