I recommend amybody to go to him for a no pressure approach. I met the General Manager, Steve who is very friendly and seems to know most of the customers. Sales Rep Stephanie Sullivan made the car buying experience a pleasant one - the best I ever had! She took me seriously (a woman coming in alone to buy a car is usually not, believe it or not), offe experience a pleasant one - the best I ever had! She took me seriously (a woman coming in alone to buy a car is usually not, believe it or not), offered a test drive early on in the process, made sure I saw all the cars in my price category and model preferences, didn’t “play games,” was patient, customer centric, and was willing to give me a fair price. She clearly worked well with service, the business manager, the sales manager and other members of the team at the dealership. There was just a very good vibe at the place. I visited a number of luxury car dealerships in the Hilton Head area and didn’t have anywhere near the positive experience I had at BMW. Hope the car serves me well. More

Not a very pleasant experience. We were bounced back and forth between 2 sales agents even after having appointments. Took 4 hours for sale to be completed. I was at the dealership twice this week. On Tuesday to get a new battery for my key and have a bolt in my driver side door tightened (for which there was no charge).
