We caught the dealership on a bad day but did have an appt to pick up our car. We spent >an hour with the finance mgr going over options for extended warranties, etc. This was very disheartening as we we appt to pick up our car. We spent >an hour with the finance mgr going over options for extended warranties, etc. This was very disheartening as we were purchasing our 8th BMW and weren’t advised of these plans ahead of time and felt pressured to make selections on the spot. By the time we made our selections, it was very late and we drove home with our new car not knowing how to use many of the features. We spent time with the genius so that aspect was set up and clear but we were unclear about many of the other features and left to figure them out on our own. Spending a significant sum on a car, we would have expected to be treated a little better. More

Very friendly staff and accommodating. My vehicle had an emergent need for service and our other car was also in the shop which would have left us in a pinch for transportation. They were My vehicle had an emergent need for service and our other car was also in the shop which would have left us in a pinch for transportation. They were able to provide a loaner and start on my car diagnostics and order necessary parts right away . The communication was excellent and they did the work for a reasonable cost . I’m very satisfied with the repair add the condition of my car upon return . Definitely recommend Hilton Head BMW for sales and service . Top notch team More
