I got a flat tire while traveling on a Saturday night and the only option was to leave my car at the dealership in hopes that Monday they could fix it. The car was safe and the service team was able to get m the only option was to leave my car at the dealership in hopes that Monday they could fix it. The car was safe and the service team was able to get my vehicle in at 7:45am that Monday to be repaired! The service manager Casey was very communicative and ensured we were taken care of as she knew we had to travel back 4 hours from our home to retrieve my car. My car was ready when I arrived she also had the maintenance service completed as it was just a 100 miles from needing it. This saved me time so I won’t have to schedule when we get back home. I highly recommend Casey and the Hilton Head service team! More
