Dan Ward believes in the mantra " the customer must be satisfied" regardless of the subject matter. As a servicer adviser, he became the intermediary between the service and parts managers regarding th be satisfied" regardless of the subject matter. As a servicer adviser, he became the intermediary between the service and parts managers regarding the repair of my 2000 740il. Based on his prior BMW technical experience, he was able to communicate to me what mechanical and electrical issues had to be addressed before beginning any work. He presented to me the estimated cost of the repairs after speaking with the automotive technicians, Ken the shop foreman and Jason Burns who did an excellent job. Dan Ward demonstrated his professionalism by keeping me informed every time a major issue arose. Lastly, Dan provided me with a loaner car until all the repairs on my automobile were complete which took over one week. The entire team at Hilton Head BMW deserves a five star rating; Dan the service advisor, Ken and Jason the technicians, Donald the parts manager, and last but not least the ever present service manager, Greg. Much to my surprise, my 2003 X5 required significant mechanical rehab recently. As a new "BMW owner", I was a bit reluctant and cautious of what to expect as I literally "limped" my vehicle into their s mechanical rehab recently. Dan Ward was the first person I made contact with upon arriving at the dealership. His professionalism and knowledge immediately stood out and was recognized. Before I long, I was introduced to ALL service and parts employees that were going to participate in this project. All in all, my service required 2 weeks of vehicle down time. During which I was constantly and professionally updated. However, nothing can or will compare to the temporary transportation option provided to me by Dan. I own a successful marketing business and spend 8 days a week on the road. Needless to say, Dan made sure I didn't miss a beat. I highly recommend HH BMW and Dan Ward for any service consults. I had my 2007 BMW M6 through a large repair (new clutch, new transmission, and other things.) Everything was done in a perfect timely manner, and beyond what was expected for both service/repair that I have new transmission, and other things.) I have previously owned both a 760LI and a 650I convertible, when the dealership was under other ownership. It was a completely different experience to come back this time after new owner has taken over the dealership. Friendlyness of service rep (Dan Ward) and all the explanation of the Master technician/mechanic (I believe his name was Bill) was one of the best car expieriences I have ever had. I have only had the car for 1 month, and the tech even took me out for a "run" and showed me some "tricks" with the very complicated transmission (SNG) that the BMW M6 is equipped with. As a car guy, I own 3-5 cars at all times, mostly high end, ($100.000-250.000) it was just better than the rest out there. From the time I had my car towed in till I picked it up a week prior than promised, everything can only be described as extraordinary service. Thank you and VERY higly recommended. More

Our entire experience was fabulous! Vertis met us on the lot within minutes of arriving and took us to the exact vehicle we were looking for (although we did not know it was the exact vehicle we were lookin lot within minutes of arriving and took us to the exact vehicle we were looking for (although we did not know it was the exact vehicle we were looking for!).
