We were told on our arrival that the check engine light had come on and they would fix it. Everyone was cordial. We were loaned a new Accord to go get some lunch while they worked on it. By 3:00 we left for home, happy with the Enclave. About 5 days later the engine light came back on. Off and on. Off and on. Took it to our technician 9/12 when the light was on. (the light has to be on to pull a code) He said it was code 17. After conversations with the service manager and general sales manager, I was told that I bought it "as is" and they were not doing anything. We did buy it without purchasing an extended warranty. However, it seems they could have offered help in some way when a problem arose so quickly. More

HHH is without a doubt the most "customer friendly" dealership we have ever encountered. We are senior ciizens so we have experienced many dealership and usually end up purchasing a Buick. We started thinking about a Honda because of their long-life and retaining value. From the day we walked into Honda and met Jim Sofias we were easily convinced that a Honda was the way to go. The greatest thing we like about HHH is they treat you the same way when you go back for maintenance service as they did as a "potential customer". We can see no change in their welcoming attitude - and that is very rare these days. Jim Sofias and Shawn (in the financial department) are great assets to this dealership. More
In December 2012 we purchased a used CRV from Hilton Head Honda. Tony Lyda was the sales person and was wonderful to deal with. We told him what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. I already own a 2003 Accord, purchased at this Dealership. It has over 80,000 miles and it still runs beautifully. I have always had great service here as well as in Port St. Lucie in the 90's.so it was not a difficult decision about where to buy a second vehicle. My wife and I are very happy with the Civic. We would like to thank Tim for being there for us and he went out of his way being patient while decisions about color etc. went back and forth between us. I am "up there" age wise and Tim's explanations over, for us "complex", details regarding all the settings were extremely helpful. I will have no problem in recomending both Tim and Hilton Head Honda to anyone looking for a new car. Your Service Department also figures in this decision More
From the outset Tony Lyda treated my wife and I very professionally and looked out for our best interests. We had previously researched the make, model and color of the CRV and Tony was able to reserve professionally and looked out for our best interests. After negotiating a fair trade-in we were the proud new owners of our SUV within a week. Tony made certain that we become more familiarized with the vehicle and we could not be happier. They gave me the best deal on my trade in, better than the Toyota dealership (traded in a Sienna van and got $1500 more from Honda!). They showed me the cars I wanted and didn't give me the hard sell. They treated my boys and me with respect and kindness. I highly recommend this team. This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Thank you John and Shawn! More
