This is the absolute best service department I have ever dealt with. Everything is so well organized and runs like clockwork. From the time you drive up to the time you leave you are kept aware of everythin dealt with. Everything is so well organized and runs like clockwork. Went to pay the bill and get car. Directed to cashier by customer service rep. No one at window, stood there and waited. Customer service reps came and took care of 3 customers while Directed to cashier by customer service rep. No one at window, stood there and waited. Customer service reps came and took care of 3 customers while I stood there.. got them paid up and their car. I could not stand anymore because of back.. like 12-15 minutes. No place to sit. Sat on floor in service waiting area while 3 customer service reps were 10 feet in front of me at this huge desk. Not one said a word to me. No one at window still. Another what felt like 10 minutes go by. No customers ther, just me and the reps. Finally I just called the dealership and got the woman right in front on me on the phone. She was my rep.. I asked if I could pay and get my car. She took care of me after that.. bizarre experience.. guy sitting on floor in service area and no reps, including the one assigned to me asking if I need help or anything… lol. I was too embarrassed to say anything … I just wanted to get out of there, my back hurt and I needed to sit down. Never had that kind of experience before .. it was like I wasn’t even there. More
