It is a black metalic sporty coupe and sparkles in the sunlight. Secondly: I purchased this beautiful car from Hilton Head Honda, sight unseen. It was the result of both internet and an exploratory telephone conversation with the Sales Associate, Dan McGinnis. From the initial telephone conversation - starting with my own requirements, right up to the moment of closing, it was a seamless operation! Honda's Clear Check Lists ... anticipated my critical questions, and assured me of the quality, safety and distinction of this car. I had complete trust in the entire process...it was super enjoyable, as well. Love this Coupe! More amazingly, within two days after closing, this Coupe was delivered right to my door all the way from Bluffton, SC to NJ! I visited Hilton Head Honda a year ago and Dan McGinnis was very gracious and helped me look at CR-Vs. We discussed my needs and I told him that I wasn't there to buy that day but would come back the foll was very gracious and helped me look at CR-Vs. I received a call from him a month later and he asked if he could be of any service and I told him that I was still going to wait for 2013. We came back to Hilton Head Honda this month and I asked for Dan McGinnis. He was so helpful at my last visit that I wanted to be sure to get him again. He was so straight-forward, mature, competent and answered all of our questions. He went the extra mile to make the deal work for us. We got the exact car that we wanted. After the purchase, he took us around the dealership and introduced us to the Parts Manager and the Service Manager and also showed us the bays where the cars were worked on - very impressive and spotlessly clean work area. He was straightforward and helpful. There was no fake back and forth trips to his sales manager to continually offer me a price different from what I could afford. I told him what I could pay, and he went to his manager and sold me the car for what I asked the first time! Unlike another dealership I went to, there were no dealer fees, taxes, or even tag transfer fees added on after we agreed on a price. His out the door price really was the out the door price. I thoroughly appreciated Hilton Head Honda's practice of putting the customer first, and I will always recommend them to others looking to buy a car. More
