Hello Tim, The lead that you sent into Hilton Head Honda was on a 2012 Honda Civic LX in Polished Metal Metallic. This was discussed in all of our e-mails and you never mentioned anything about a 2013. I am sorry we were not able to offer you the amount you wanted for your trade, but there were a lot of things wrong with it maintenance wise that brought the trade value down. I did sent all your information over to Tony and he knew you were coming in that afternoon. I am sorry if you feel like you did not receive the best customer service. Thank you for your response. I am pretty certain I clicked on a 2013, so maybe a link got crossed. I missed the 2012 in your response. I could have worked around that, if other things worked out. I know you sent the emails to Tony. He just did not really look at it until I asked him too. As far as the trade, I know there were maintenance issues which I mentioned. However, before Tony ever even looked at a car, he brought a manager over and they were already saying that the price we discussed was way too high.
