My husband and I had a 2012 Jeep Compass we wanted to trade for something more gas efficient. Jason chatted with us about our wants/needs for our next vehicle as well as our budget. From there, he identified a few cars he thought we would love and send us on test drives. The very first car he picked, a 2007 Infiniti G35, ended up being our favorite and the one we ultimately purchased. Jason did everything he could to ensure we stayed within our budget, and in the end we drove off the lot in our dream car (within our budget!). I can't say enough great things about the caring spirit of the folks at Hilton Head Honda. We never felt rushed or pressured, and, in fact, we spent the majority of our time there laughing and genuinely enjoying the process. I highly recommend this dealership and Jason Griswold! More

Needless to say, I love my new Honda Civic and Colleen took the time to walk me through all the car's features as well as setting up my phone through Bluetooth. Service Experience: I called service to make an appointment and spoke to Chris Wiszowaty. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Because of the nature of the problem (electrical), I asked Chris to please ensure the vehicle was looked at by someone with experience in solving these types of problems. The last thing I wanted was to start replacing parts to see if that would “fix” the problem. I arrived the following morning. Chris and I went through the issue. I was impressed with the notes he took and how well he listened. Long story short, I was introduced to Tom Heyward and over the course of the day, he was able to diagnose/repair the problem. What impressed me most was he had the patience to answer my numerous technical questions. Simply Outstanding! The most important part of this experience is that by the time it was over, I felt like I had made two new friends. I have owned numerous cars and been to many dealerships over the last 40 years. I can honestly say, this is the 1st time I have ever left dealership feeling that way. More
