During the experience, Mrs. Gibbs was very beneficial, pleasant, helpful and direct. To say the least my wife LOVES her gift and so does my kids. I hate spending my time in car dealerships signing paperwork but Mrs. Gibbs had me in and out in less than an hour!!!
