HH Honda Service Mgr. exceeded my expectations On April 19th I visited this dealership to try to get two problems fixed: Airbag light on dash stayed on- even though airbag did not deploy and the d On April 19th I visited this dealership to try to get two problems fixed: Airbag light on dash stayed on- even though airbag did not deploy and the driver's seatbelt was locked after a minor (less than 3 mph) collision. I shared my - what I considered- bad experience, on this site that Tuesday afternoon. Jeff Pritchard, the service manager contacted me the next day to resolve my issues. He went over and above my expectations to assist me. If you have any problems, or don't think you are being treated right with service at Hilton Head Honda make sure you ask to speak with Jeff. He made it right for me. I now have a more positive feeling about Hilton Head Honda. Thank you Jeff. More
A Very Pleasant Experience Our recent experience at Hilton Head Honda was undoubtedly the most pleasant car buying process we have ever experienced. We worked with Mr. Kewyn Wi Our recent experience at Hilton Head Honda was undoubtedly the most pleasant car buying process we have ever experienced. We worked with Mr. Kewyn Willams, who was an absolute gentleman as he introduced us to the various trim levels and available options on the vehicle we were considering. Mr. Williams was both patient and knowledgeable as he led us through the numerous tech upgrades that have evolved in recent years, and at no time did we feel pushed or pressured to make an uninformed or hasty purchase. Our final choice came down to two competing brands, and it was Mr. Williams' professional conduct and courtesy that led us back to Hilton Head Honda. I am never sure if I actually got "The Best Deal" on a new vehicle, but I am sure that this was the easiest and most pleasant car purchase that I have ever made, and I think the purchase price was fair. Hopefully, my level of confidence in Hilton Head Honda will continue to be as satisfying, when the time comes to work with the service department. More

She is knowledgeable, warm and friendly, and so very helpful. She spent a great deal of time with me on our first sit-down, answering all my many questions - or finding the answers she didn't know - explaining the features of the different models - over and over again - followed up on many issues, and eventually (on my 3rd visit) sent me home in the beautiful Accord, just as I wanted it, from features to color and a fair deal. I'm a happy customer and new Honda owner (having owned only three Acuras since 1986!) and am confident that I can rely on Colleen and Hilton Head Honda for any issues that may arise. More

BEST dealership in the Southeast! This is the second car I have purchased from this service orientated dealership.
