Without any sales pressure, Erik listened intently to questions about our specific needs, which was mainly safety features and a few mechanical questions, It was refreshing to have a salesperson who listens, answers questions and offers additional pertinent information, staying on track with our needs.. We bought a Honda CR-V in less than two hours. Very happy with our purchase so far.. Negotiating on price was painless..Paid part with a credit card, which helps us out with points. The staff that we met at Hilton Head Honda were very friendly, I feel comfortable going back to ask a 'dumb question'. Another thing that I liked at the dealership, a small consideration for some people, but having excellent hearing, loud music can be painful to me. I appreciate the fact that music at the Honda Dealership is played softly in the background. A year ago, at another local dealership, I stood outside in 95 degree weather waiting for my car to be serviced, There was no place inside the building where the music wasn't loud, Kleenix made ear plugs didn't block the noise either. Other customers gave up on reading their books, their requests to lower the volume politely denied. More

By far and away makes her self available when ever to the point that I have to say go home we will talk tomorrow!!!! Great overall experience Can't say enough good things about the service department. Always very effecient and I hardly have to wait long for my car to get serviced. This time I ended up trading cars while I was there.. I had emptied everything out of my car into bags. When I got home my 13 yr old saild he had left an envelope with his Christmas money from his grandlparelnts in the van. I looked through everything and no money. I really thought maybe I threw the envelope away by mistake. I recieved a call today form Marno the service manager and guess what? They found my sons money. So thankful for the honest people who work in lthe service department. More
