Found exactly what I was looking for After having a bad experience at a Honda dealer in Charleston, SC, I got online and found 3 cars I was interested in at Hilton Head Honda. Colleen Gibbs returned my call promptly & sent me additional pictures of the cars to review before I made a 1 1/2 drive to Hilton Head. Once I arrived, I could feel the stress of car buying melting away. Colleen showed me the cars & they were exactly as described & at the price we discussed. No surprises. The vibe at this dealership is totally different than my experience in Charleston & it was worth the drive. Colleen is new to the dealership, so Ryan from Ohio stepped in to assist with additional questions and concerns. Again, he was very professional, upbeat and happy to assist. From Colleen, to Ryan, to the gentleman that gave me a tour of my new car features & the gentleman that detailed my new car, it was a stress less experience. The manager even stopped by to say hello. Easiest car buying experience ever. I bought my first Honda from this dealership in 2005 and used them on an off for servicing during the years. I wanted a new car, either an HRV or a CVR. Enter sales consultant Ryan Walline, a transplant from Ohio but a long time Honda employee. He was the ultimate professional. Very knowledgable and easy going, Ryan has the ability to explain all the features of a Honda product without being pushy or overbearing. Dealing with Ryan was the best sales experience I have had while shopping for a vehicle. Also five stars to Shawn Lessig for so efficiently handling the paper work. More

We have bought a number of vehicles in Beaufort County and unfortunately, it has always before been an unpleasant all day ordeal and hassle. David made it enjoyable this time. He is very knowledgeable, with many years associated specifically with Honda. In just a minimum of time, we had looked at the cars available, picked the one we wanted, traded our car, bought a new one, unloaded the old one, loaded the new one, and were on our way home. Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Extremely helpful staff, Brian was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling.
