Work Hard to Please and Strike the right Deal I had been researching CR-Vs and was very specific in what I was looking for. Annie was great in finding the vehicle and as we were switching from lo I had been researching CR-Vs and was very specific in what I was looking for. Annie was great in finding the vehicle and as we were switching from long time Toyota buyers to our first Honda went through a hands on demonstration of all the features that were in the car, many of which are different from our previous vehicles. I had a specific price in mind and when Annie could at first not meet it she worked with her sales manager (Ryan) to get very close to what I was looking for. Annie is a delight to work with and we look forward to buying our next car from she and Ryan too. More

As long as we didn't stop the car rode beautifully bus as soon as we stopped the check engine light rand vsa would come on and make the vehicle perform poorly. We took the vehicle to grainger honda first and after two parts changed we had the same issue. So I took it to hilton head honda and i was assured that they would solve the issue. So after a few days I was called and told that I needed to get the oil pump replaced and that while it was down to get the water pump and timming belt changed. I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES IF THIS WOULD RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH THE VSA LIGHT AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD. Because I would not have had the other repairs done if it were just guess work. Well after the repairs were done I was called and told I needed a new engine block at the tune of $8000.00 I do maintenance work for a living and I work on pumps,bearings, and large paper processing equipment. I KNOW THAT IF ANY SECTION OF A MOTOR IS NOT GETTING OIL IT WILL NOT RUN LONG. the repair bill for the pump,belt and water pump was $1300.00 the reduced the bill to $1000.00 But still with the repairs total at both dealerships i paid $1000.00 and the dealership I punched the vehicle from paid $750.00 and with 5 parts still the same issue. so bottom line they didn't resolve anything but relieving me of my money. I traded the honda in on a FORD and will never purchase a honda product (lawn equipment,cars,or bike.) again. I didn't rate the tec due to the fact I don't they have to call California to get instructions on how to work on the vehicles. More

Satisfying experience, good people to work with As a regular customer of the dealership for service on my 2003 Civic, my decision to buy came on the heels of making some major repairs in a 30-day pe As a regular customer of the dealership for service on my 2003 Civic, my decision to buy came on the heels of making some major repairs in a 30-day period. My service tech, a woman named Lynn, gave me a loaner -- an Accord -- and I liked the feel of it. I returned the Accord after just one day, but Lynn had gone for the day, so I returned the next day to question some of the repairs, and asked her to connect me with a sales person. I met with Paul Savastano, who was new, briefly to discuss some Civics for sale on the website. One, a leftover 2015, sold later that day, a Saturday. A 2015 Honda Fit came up on the website over the weekend, but I had to work Monday and Paul was off Tuesday. I returned Wednesday, test drove the Fit, which had 7,377 miles on it and had been used as a courtesy car. By the time I got back from the test drive, it was late in the day. I'd done my homework on the value of my trade-in, the price of the Fit, and where I needed to be OTD to make the purchase happen. I also filled out the brief financing application so they could run my credit score. But I walked out because I wasn't happy with the numbers. There were other customers waiting to look at the car, and if they got it, I figured it wasn't meant to be. But Paul emailed me that night that those customers couldn't get credit & the Fit was still available. I have an excellent credit score, and even though I was paying cash for the car, I think letting them run my credit worked in my favor. The next day Paul, sales manager Will Floyd and I came to agreeable terms by phone and I went to the dealership to give them a deposit but I didn't have to. Probably because it was the end of the month, they took my old Civic in trade and I drove off with the car with dealer plates BUT with an insurance ID card with the Fit's VIN# on it, which my insurance company emailed to me. That was a Thursday. I returned the following Tuesday with a check and they put my old plates from the Civic on the Fit. Which is a sensational little car that I actually fell in love with at first site when I first laid eyes on it in the showroom in 2014. This is the third car I have bought dealing one-on-one as a single woman in the past 20 years. It gets easier every time, if you're willing to do a little homework and know something about negotiating. More

Our salesman, Eric Kaseta, was very knowledgeable of the product, patient with our questions, and helpful throughout the process of negotiating our agreement, locating our selection from another dealership, and handling the delivery. The sales manager, William Floyd, was paramount to finalizing our purchase. Shawn Lessig, the business manager, was invaluable in thoroughly explaining our options and various other warranties that were available for the vehicle. My wife and I certainly appreciated we never felt pressured nor rushed during the process. We wholeheartedly endorse and recommend the Hilton Head Honda dealership. More

Our experience with Hilton Head Honda was fabulous. Brian Heidik was absolutely fantastic. We told him what our daughter was interested in and he showed us a number of options based on our criteria. There was absolutely no pressure from him to buy right away. We did not have to meet with the sales manager, etc. Brian worked with us on our timeline, they gave us a very fair trade in value for our vehicle and my daughter now has a reliable car. I cannot say enough about the experience at the dealership and how wonderful Brian was during this process. I would highly recommend Hilton Head Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

To be honest I went to the dealership with an attitude because I was not interested in a Honda, my husband on the other hand had a different idea. As he said it "Every other car we see is a Honda CRV, all these people, the vehicle must be good!" Kevin was patient and kind, he definitely sensed that I was not interested and wanted a Volvo! We left the dealership and Kevin probably thought I will never see these people again. A few days later after a trip to the Volvo dealership that did not end well, my husband suggested that I take another look at the CRV. We walked in at 6:45 and found Kevin and I did take another good look at the CRV and dollar for dollar I got a brand new vehicle fully loaded for a lot less than than the Volvo and the staff at the dealership couldn't be any nicer! Kevin was a dream of a salesman, very nice not pushy! I am trying to talk my daughter into a new Honda. More
Mistake made and FIXED. Kudos to the parts deptartment and Jeff Kohler, I was visiting from out of state and placed an order for an radiator overflow tank for our Pilot. Upon checking the order they mistakely ordered the windshield fluid tank by mistake. They cancelled my order and agreed to send me a return credit reciept in the mail and I informed them I would order the part when i got home. When I arrived home I found a Honda package and note from Jeff, the correct part applogizing for the mistake and no charge for the part. More
