A great experience My experience with Lexus Service Department was a very pleasant visit, starting when I drove up. When I stop my vehicle Justin Fowler was there at my door to greet me with a warm welcoming smile calling me by my name. He conducted himself very professionally, he lead me into his office to gather all my personal information and to explain the services that will be done to my vehicle. He escorted me to the spa area where I could rest and relax while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. The employees in the lounge area were very nice and the refreshments were very refreshing. The wait time for my vehicle to be serviced, washed and vacuumed was below the estimated wait time; I credit that as being a well organized operation. Justin Fowler's farwell was as warm as his welcome, thanking me for my business. Thank you Lexus Service Department, you are on my A List. More

Poor Service I bought a "certified" car here this past weekend. Not only was the car not ready for sale because of torn leather, I waited 7 hours for the deal to g I bought a "certified" car here this past weekend. Not only was the car not ready for sale because of torn leather, I waited 7 hours for the deal to go through. Then when we drove the car off the lot, the engine light came on and the passenger side door lock wouldn't work. This isn't what I expected for a "certified" used car. Now I have to take my time to bring it back to the shop. More
