The ultimate Lexus experience I was from out of town on vacation when I called this dealership with questions about a problem I was experiencing with the braking system on my Lexus I was from out of town on vacation when I called this dealership with questions about a problem I was experiencing with the braking system on my Lexus and the service consultant, James Hammond, made several suggestions trying to assist me getting to the dealership without having to be towed. We did end up having to be towed, but when we arrived he was waiting on me and arranged a loaner while they arranged to get the needed part. I felt welcomed and was made to feel at home. While repairing my Lexus, they discovered a couple of other items that needed addressing and called me and they took care of those also. James Hammond, the service consultant, went above and beyond my expectations and the repairs were completed when expected. This dealership is outstanding and I highly recommend them! The ultimate Lexus experience!!! More
