I am very disappointed I can not give 4 stars. I purchased two vehicles within a few weeks from this dealership. 1st thing - -they withdrew the amount I purchased from the bank TWICE!!! 2nd thing purchased two vehicles within a few weeks from this dealership. 1st thing - -they withdrew the amount I purchased from the bank TWICE!!! 2nd thing - - I purchased my aunt a 2018 570 LX. She drove it less than 50 miles when a service light came on. When she took it to her local Lexus Dealership, she was informed of the work done at purchase at Hilton Head Lexus was not done properly!!!!!! 3rd - - Once the temp tags had expired the dealership still had not sent the proper paperwork. I am convinced they do not want me to purchase my next Lexus from them. More

I found a 2014 F150 online one evening and submitted an info request through Cars.com. Got an email from Jane Herron first thing the next morning and spoke with her on the phone shortly after. When I arrived a few days later for my 9am appointment she had the truck cleaned and waiting for me in their delivery showroom. The entire process was easy and hassle free. Despite the fact that I was buying a used Ford and not a Lexus I was treated incredibly well by everyone on staff that I came into contact with. Ben Gray made the financing portion of the transaction pain free and Matt Dell'Aquila was very friendly and complimentary of the truck I was buying even though I wasn't buying from him.
