I leased my second RX 350 from Lexus Hilton Head and Jane Herron did a superb job putting all of the details together to keep the process simple and efficient. I found a 2014 F150 online one evening and submitted an info request through Cars.com. Got an email from Jane Herron first thing the next morning and spoke with her on the phone shortly after. I wasn't going to be able to get to the dealership for a few days so Jane explained their process and took a deposit to hold the truck for me. When I arrived a few days later for my 9am appointment she had the truck cleaned and waiting for me in their delivery showroom. The entire process was easy and hassle free. Despite the fact that I was buying a used Ford and not a Lexus I was treated incredibly well by everyone on staff that I came into contact with. Ben Gray made the financing portion of the transaction pain free and Matt Dell'Aquila was very friendly and complimentary of the truck I was buying even though I wasn't buying from him. Big thanks to Jane and everyone at Hilton Head Lexus! More

I told them I was willing to not buy so I took my check went shopping. .So I thank Mr. Vernon for the ride, but no thanks to your sales manager for the 2,000 mark up.
