Best car dealership experience ever! I always look forward to bringing my ES-350 into Hilton Head Lexus for servicing. The staff, specifically, my advisor, Jeff Lewis, was awaiting my arr I always look forward to bringing my ES-350 into Hilton Head Lexus for servicing. The staff, specifically, my advisor, Jeff Lewis, was awaiting my arrival with a thorough understanding of why my vehicle was there, and what it required. He kept me informed on the progress of the service, and any problems that were encountered. The customer waiting lounge is unlike any I have ever visited, with an attended coffee bar completely stocked with a variety of coffees and snacks; cushioned and comfortable chairs in several rooms with large flat-screen TV’s; a business center with computers and internet access; and best of all, three messaging lounge chairs located in a separate “quiet” room! The waiting area is so comfortable, one almost doesn’t care how long the service takes! My vehicle was returned to me, washed and cleaned, and professionally serviced. Hilton Head Lexus always exceeds my expectations. They are, first and foremost, professional and courteous. And they have the utmost respect for their customers, and the customer’s time and comfort. I wouldn’t take my Lexus anywhere else! More
