After keeping the truck for a full day, they reprogrammed the computer and told me the issue was resolved. It wasn’t. When I returned, the warning light remained—and a new issue had developed: a loud Auto Start/Stop noise I had never experienced before. They kept the truck for another two days, replaced a couple parts, and again said everything was resolved. But after just six hours of driving, the service light returned and the noise persisted. On the third visit, they claimed to have made a few adjustments and said the truck was good to go. However, the Auto Start/Stop noise came back after only a few hours, and it was clear they had only resolved the service light. I brought the truck in a fourth time, now solely focused on the Start/Stop issue. After keeping it for four days, they told me this noise was “typical” for the vehicle—even though it never occurred in the first 13,000 miles and only started after their initial service. I’ve been extremely patient and invested six to seven hours of my business billing time trying to give Hines Park Ford every opportunity to resolve what they created. I even had to return to drive with the service manager and demonstrate the issue. After another day and a half, I called to stress urgency and was again told it was “normal.” If this sound is truly typical, why does it occur only periodically and not consistently? And why did it take four visits? After four visits, poor communication, and no real resolution, I was told there was nothing more they could do. I left with a degraded experience and a truck that no longer performs as it did before my Hines Park service. I chose Hines Park Ford based on their reputation. Unfortunately, this experience fell far well short. If you're considering service here, document everything, ask questions, and be prepared to advocate for yourself. More

He was upfront about everything, did everything I asked, and took care of everything ahead of time, so I had to spend a minimum of my time in the dealership - ideal because no one wants to take PTO to buy a car. After having visited several car dealership, I was impressed by the number of cars displayed in the Hines Park showroom. I did not see this at any other dealership. My son and I were greeted by sever impressed by the number of cars displayed in the Hines Park showroom. I did not see this at any other dealership. My son and I were greeted by several people upon entering the dealership. Again, this was not what we had previously experienced. Our salesman, Constantine, made spending money fun, great personality. I really felt like he was working for me and not the dealership even though I knew better. I’m extremely happy with the car that I purchased. Now I just wish I can figure out the navigation system. More

I was sent home with my new Edge (it was a courtesy car with 500 miles). The car was not clean and had less gas than my trade-in, which were minor irritants, but I was sent home with a different vehicles set of keys as my spare set. That’s simply sloppy work and made my first impression negative. We were also told to call back if we didn’t receive paperwork in the mail to set up payments. We haven’t, we have left a message (last week), but still no response. My negative first impression has been confirmed. More
