No pressure I have been buying cars from Hines park for a few years now. 4 vehicles to be exact. Each and every time I walk in the door I'm greeted with a smile. Al had sold me all my vehicles and I couldn't be happier. A lot of car salesmen want to pressure you on way or another. I have never felt that once. My new vehicles are always brought around shining like a new penny. Great job guys. More

Not once did I recently purchased a 2015 Mustang from Hines Park. Derrick was extremely helpful through the sales process and knowledge of the car. Not once did I feel like I was being sold a product I didn’t want, Derrick instead listened to what I was looking for and he was able to help me purchase the car I wanted. The purchasing process was quick and the Hines Park team accommodated by needs as the client. It took some time to find what was right for us, Ford and Hines Park had a great deal for us. they made the experience of buying a car very easy and stress free. the Salesman, Allan Oxley, did a great job of working with us and helping us find what was right. While at the same time being patient and not pressuring us at all. And when the time became right he was ready to help us with every question we had and every thing we didn't understand. He even offered me a breakfast sandwich one time. I had just ate, so I had to decline. but it was a very nice gesture. I will definitely go back in the future next time I need another vehicle. More

Really hurt My experience with Hines Park was terrible. I scheduled an appointment to test drive/purchase a 2013 Ford Taurus SEL with 77,000 miles. I spoke with My experience with Hines Park was terrible. I scheduled an appointment to test drive/purchase a 2013 Ford Taurus SEL with 77,000 miles. I spoke with the dealership several times to confirm and informed them my home was an hour away, thus I did not want to waste the trip. My wife and myself started the drive and hit construction. I called the dealership and informed them of the delay. They informed us the car was still available and take your time. When we arrived we were informed the car was sold, but they could show us a 2011 with 89,000 for the same price. Wow what a bargain! They didn't even try to up sale me to a new model. I understand that things like this happen, but the total disregard for customer service was appalling. After a long day at work for the two of us not to receive a call saying, "We're sorry for the mistake. Don't continue your drive," knocked the wind out of me. They offered a $50.00 gift card for the trouble, which I declined. I guess I'm more hurt than anything. Nothing else to say. More
