He explained the details of the paperwork thoroughly and afterwards, took time to help us get acclimated with the features of the new car. My husband is a detail-oriented engineer who researched the vehicle options ahead of time and Derrick worked hard to find the best match for us and patiently and accurately entertained our many questions and demands. He got a vehicle to us quickly since I was without a car and had out of town company arriving within a few days of initially entering the dealership. Derrick also took a great amount of time to walk us through all the electronic features of the vehicle, even staying after closing without making us feel rushed. We needed some service on the Taurus shortly after purchase and he made it happen quickly and provided a dealership vehicle for me to use in the interim.
