Honest Service I went for my 1st time to this dealer for the Works package, I was informed that they couldn't give me the package that included rotating my tires bec I went for my 1st time to this dealer for the Works package, I was informed that they couldn't give me the package that included rotating my tires because I had bad tread on them, they only charged me for the oil changed and even washed my car, What a surprise, they staff of: Janet, Don , Alan, and Amanda were extremely helpful, They dealership was open, bright and inviting and while waiting for my car to be done, everyone I met treated me with kindness. They shooked my hand and thanked me for my Business, The Honesty and Integrity of the service department to be commended< I will now only take my car here to be serviced from now on and should I ever be in the market for a vehicle, This is the dealership that I would choose ! First Time Leaser-Very Friendly Staff We are currently leasing a 2014 Ford Escape, and Derrick Young was extremely helpful. We got to look at all of the different options available, and we We are currently leasing a 2014 Ford Escape, and Derrick Young was extremely helpful. We got to look at all of the different options available, and we test drove a couple of different models. Each feature was explained thoroughly, and was very knowledgeable about all of our questions. He also explained all of the services that are provided with the lease, including the technology classes available to familiarize yourself with the advanced features. Service Disaster and Rude Staff This dealership wants you to believe that they are they best in the area. I've been here for serice in the past and they put up a good front. Clean This dealership wants you to believe that they are they best in the area. I've been here for serice in the past and they put up a good front. Clean and warm service write-up area. However, when it comes to following through on service I would tell any Ford owner to go elsewhere. I have had issues with how long it takes to get service accomplished in the past but today is where I draw the line. A simple "The Works" oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours! Folks this is a job that many shops around town can do in 20-30 minutes for a LOT LESS. Oh and when I asked the Service Manager (name withheld) why, he looked at me like this was no big deal. Did not even offer a simple "sorry i will look into why this happened". This arrogance will catch up to this dealership and I hope a bunch of Ford owners in this area take note. More
