Allen had sold a car to my son so I thought he would be a good person to start the process with. Allen greeted us warmly and got us into a test vehicle to drive quickly. When we made our choice of cars, he took the time to work through the numbers with us, made sure that he had gotten us all of the rebates we were entitled to, and gave us private time to decide which way we wanted to go. We purchased a new Taurus and left the dealership relaxed and happy with our purchase. I will not hesitate to recommend Hines Park Ford and Allen Oxley to our friends. Thanks Allen! More

You did it again. Your service impressed me again to the point I had to write a positive note about this dealership. The first time you replaced the "turn system" in less than an hour. I located the vehicle I was initially interested in on autotrader.com and did then went to the dealer's web site. I called the dealership and was connected with Mike Tesaro. He provided me with further autotrader.com and did then went to the dealer's web site. I called the dealership and was connected with Mike Tesaro. He provided me with further information and the Autocheck was sent to me. I called back and made an appointment. I arrived about 40-minutes early and Mike approached me and informed me he would assist me as soon as he was finished with aniother customer. This gave me time to look at the vehicle and to look at another new vehicle I also saw on the dealer website. Mike came out and we briefly discussed both vehicles and he offered to take a test drive for both vehicles. The original truck I was interested in had been brought up close to the dealership for my convenience. The test drive was very informative and I liked the '11 over the '09. We went back ito the dealership and I decided to purchase the vehicle. Mike did not pressure me at all and was extremely friendly and professional. He explained extended warranty info and the tire protection plan - both purchased my me. I asked him what day would be good to come back and pick it up. He said I could drive it home that night! He worked through all the paperwork in detail and thoroughly. Afterward Mike called/e-mailed to see if everything was good and if anything else was needed. I was extremely impressed with the dealership, Mike Tesauro and how I was treated and accomodated. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone and would go back again for myself.
