Rick did an awesome job answering all of my questions from the beginning. He followed up multiple times to make sure I was satisfied with the information he gave me and asked if there was any need for cl from the beginning. Rick was very thorough when it came to getting information from me as well. He made sure that I received every discount I could possibly qualify for. He was extremely helpful upon delivery of my new vehicle and made sure that I completely understood how all of my new car's features worked. I had been searching for the perfect used car to trade my 2010 VW beetle in for a lower payment. I started the search about 6 months ago. It was nothing but bad news and bad service at every dealership i wen 2010 VW beetle in for a lower payment. I started the search about 6 months ago. It was nothing but bad news and bad service at every dealership i went to. It was very discouraging and upsetting. At one dealership i was told the only way i can get out of my beetle and lower my payment was to get a new car. I knew that was not true at all. So back online i went to look at other dealerships. I was online and seen a 2008 Jeep Liberty Sport for a decent price at Hines Park Ford. I inquired about it and was called the next day. When i came in I had the pleasure of working with Mike Tesauro. He was very helpful, understanding and very patient. He worked very hard to help me get the Jeep. When i came to pick it up, i was a little reluctant to give up my beetle. He saw i was upset and was very kind about it. He let me look over the Jeep one last time before i made my final decision. He did not pressure me into taking the Jeep or keeping my current car. Mike answered every question i had without hesitation or needing to go ask someone else. I will definitely be recommending Mike and Hines Park Ford to all of my family and friends. Hines Park Ford is very lucky to have him. More

I bought my vehicle 2 years ago from Allen Oxley and Allen's service after the sale is outstanding. He is always willing to accomodate me if I should need anything from the dealership. I have never ex Allen's service after the sale is outstanding. He is always willing to accomodate me if I should need anything from the dealership. I have never experienced this type of service from Allen and Hines Park Ford from any dealership. More

My wife saw a vehicle of interest on Car.com and called the dealership. She was connected to Allen and she thought that he was freindly and knowledgeable. Later that evening I visited the dealership to m the dealership. She was connected to Allen and she thought that he was freindly and knowledgeable. Later that evening I visited the dealership to meet with Allen. He went out of his way to make sure he answered all of my questions and make the experience as good as possible. I actually stayed beyond closing time (2 test drives), but Allen did not mind. He was great to work with beginning to end. More

I don't know why this dealership is rated so highly, are they bribing people for reviews? The service department doesn't answer the phone. I have been standing there while several employees ignore a ringing phone. Great customer service there... I guess they think it's OK to waste customers' time. To be fair, many Ford dealers seem to be this way. My biggest complaint, though, is that I don't believe the warranty repairs they did on my car were done correctly. The initial problem, a clunk noise from the front suspension, still hasn't been fixed and the car has new noises and a nasty vibration after they worked on it. Of course, they said they couldn't reproduce my complaints and that there is no possible way they did anything wrong. But the vibrations I experience in my car on a daily basis tell me otherwise. Not recommended. Do not have your car serviced here. More

I wanted to order the new 2013 Escape FWD. Susan gave me a AWD trailer tow to test drive. I told her that is not what I want to order but assured me my new one would drive better. A month later I took del a AWD trailer tow to test drive. I told her that is not what I want to order but assured me my new one would drive better. A month later I took delivery of the top of the line Titanium edition and the ride his horrible, bouncing, NOT over bumps but down a smooth road it rocks front to back---like a F-350 unloaded (which I call the up-chuck truck). Either Susan knew better and purposely gave me a smooth riding vehicle to get my order or she is clueless about the products she sells. The dealer will do nothing to get this corrected or get me into a lower model. The General Manager even refused to test drive it with me and compare to others and ordered his service manager not to drive it with me! They took my money and are laughing all the way to the bank. More

Our Daughter just got her first new car. Allen helped us during the initial information gathering stage and with the final selection and purchase.
