I went in for service and was directed to the sales team even though I wasn't interested in a new Acura. They were extremely aggressive and disrespectful. They tried to bully me into buying a car I didn't want and could not afford. I was even harassed by staff that was not on duty. Please protect yourselves and take your business elsewhere. The service itself was awful. They overcharged me and did not keep me informed on what was going on. I was lied to several times and not given any options. Essentially they held my car captive until I paid them the nearly $2000 they wanted for a simple brake job. More

He took the time to explain all the features, and go on a long test drive. I never felt pressured to purchase the vehicle, but I fell in love with it, so it was a done deal!
