I found a 2003 Honda pilot online through Hinshaw Acura. Mark got in touch with me and via email and was very quick to respond to questions I had asked. When I went down to look at the vehicle in person, I Mark got in touch with me and via email and was very quick to respond to questions I had asked. When I went down to look at the vehicle in person, I was impressed. I told Anmol what I was there for and what I wanted to happen, he made sure it did. I requested that we talk numbers/negotiations first. There was no pressure to test drive the car until I was ready. Once that was settled, out we went for the drive. He was very patient with my dragging along my kids and mechanic and he even had a great sense of humor about it. I left that night with my new vehicle and the next day he called to see how I liked it. Everything was great... until the drive home. Unfortunately the transmission went out and I had to take the car back to the dealership. BUT, I immediately called Anmol and told him what happen. He assured me that everything would be taken care. Even on his day off, he showed up at work to make sure that I didn't get the run around. He was right! They replaced the transmission and he kept in touch with me daily to let me know the progress and to let me know when I could bring it back home. I got a letter in the mail from him a week later thanking me for my business. Nice work Anmol :D More
