Angel did a great job, there was no pressure sales. Told him I didn't want to play games and he honored that. (Angel RUN while you can keep your soul!!) Where the rating takes a dive is when I feel I was lied to primarily about an inspection being done!! Nope, because EVEN if the window sticking 2 days later, and no response from Hinshaw. Then we took it into BMW to have them assess the issue. BMW offered to perform a courtesy 47 point inspection (odd, same type we were told Hinshaw did...) well, the technician found the thrust arm bearings are shot & need replacement. I get I bought an AS-IS car, but this is the worst xxx I have purchased from anywhere. I obviously thought Hinshaw was a higher standard company, but apparently that is only until the deal is sealed. Why do an inspection if you're going to hide the results, OR why not tell the customer what you found and work to come to an agreement. I tried several times to reach Hinshaw (even the GM) but crickets. Almost forgot, the other day I get a rejection notice from some Credit Union because I had too many inquiries. I told these people from the beginning I had a pre-approval from my CU. So, what a joy to find a credit hit because of a loan submission to some CU even though they new I had it handled!! Enjoy the sale, it's the last you'll see from me, and hopefully everyone I talk with via "word of mouth", or social media. STEER CLEAR! More
