When I unexpectedly returned later that day with my daughter, since she was working with other customers, she graciously connected us with her Hodges teammates (Carmine and Aydin) who continued our journey and ultimately lead us to choosing the right (dream) vehicle for my daughter. Yesterday, in the Service Department, a month or so, after sale, Cameron, was very friendly, energetic, understood my needs, was transparent, patient and had a couple important parts fixed under vehicle warranty. He made sure the entire vehicle was inspected for any possible issues, and offered to have my oil changed. I left the dealership very impressed with his integrity. He is very sharp in communication, knowing customer's expectations and went above and beyond in all aspects and I strongly believe he will help Hodges retain customers.
