When people ask where I bought my CX-5 I will not tell them. While I drive many different cars every day I love my Mazda CX-5 above all others, that is why I bought one. I would have to say that the Dealership gave me the worse experience in buying a vehicle in my 55 years of driving. How a salesman can make an error in the spelling of my name and the unit number of my Condo when it is clearly printed on my FL Drivers License and the registration of my trade-in-vehicle. Then when I tell the F&I Manager all he did was correct the finance agreement. My registration was wrong and I had to call MazdaUSA to get it corrected. Then many of the financial Institutions sent letters to the wrong unit number so my information was subjected to someone accessing it and potential identity theft. They didn't care they just wanted a good evaluation and sent me some coffee mugs which I gave to the Service Manager who was one of the few who was helpful. If you need something done you will have to contact MazdaUSA to get something accomplished. More

Great customer service When my wifes car of ten years suddenly stopped working a few weeks ago we were forced to start looking for a replacement vehicle. Ironically we just When my wifes car of ten years suddenly stopped working a few weeks ago we were forced to start looking for a replacement vehicle. Ironically we just purchased my younger daughters first car in November and as we were not planning on another car payment, we were in serious budget mode. After looking at several vehicle types and doing tons of online shopping and comparisions, we looked at a Ford Edge at Hodges Mazda. It seemed to have everything we needed, the car was clean and in overall great shape. We were greeted by Justin in sales and immediately felt comfortable with his low pressure sales and very friendly attitude. You clearly understood he was not selling any particular vehicle, but wanted the best car for our needs. We test drove the car, loved it, but the AC did not work. Justin got in touch with service and after speaking with the Technician they decided the compressor was bad and would be replaced by their team at no cost to us. In addition, the car took a few days to receive the part and being about one hour from the dealer, they said they would deliver the vehicle to our house when completed and aplogized for the delay. The entire team from finance, sales and technicians were professional, knowledgabe and very flexible in making this transaction as low stress and fair as possibe. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking for new or used cars and make sure to ask for Austin. More

Long time customer no more. Since changing to Hodges this dealership has gone downhill. Service is now no better than a Tire Plus and has turned into a sales shop. After service, I had to air my tires and call back to make sure they did rotate my tires. The very clean vehicle I took in showed sloppy oil change. I had to clean up the mess. Talking with Kevin on a used car was horrific. Not sure how he made it to Duval Mazda, I mean Hodges but I found him to be aggressive and not very articulate in trying to develop a relationship. I have purchased 2 cars from Duval Mazda but will not return to Hodges Mazda. More
